BERLUKAS Communications Inc. was founded in Montreal on August 8, 2003 by Bernard Arsenault, who had recently left his position as Project Sales Manager at GE Hydro to fulfill a longstanding dream.

After a 27-year career at GE and at an age where plans for the future are usually about retirement, Bernard Arsenault chose to launch his own business, capitalizing on his education (Bachelors of Arts with six years of Latin and four years of Greek language studies, two years of Pharmacy and an additional B.A. in Geography), his lenghty experience in industry (management of service shops and manufacturing plants) and his ten years in marketing and international sales of hydroelectric turbines and generators.

Success came quite naturally, the first client being, of course, his ex-employer. When the days became too short, he hired freelancers in order to meet the demand and concentrated his expertise on proofreading and overall quality assurance.

Today, BERLUKAS' reputation keeps on growing but the initial goal remains the same: "keep doing what you can do better than anyone else".
